On 6 September 2010, we wrote our first article on Apps Playground: a story about an app named Thumbelina for the iPad. Just over two and a half years later, this is our one thousandth post! We thought it was worth a mini-celebration. Update: We've been approved! Hello there. We're currently applying to Google's AdSense programme, to (possibly) put some ads on Apps Playground in the future. This week, we were rejected because the site "contains copyrighted material", we thought clarifying this might be a good idea if – hopefully – a Googler is assessing the site after we resubmit it. So, here's the deal: We're a site reviewing apps for children.
